SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

These terms govern the SMS and mobile messaging program operated by Roofing Revenue Recovery ("we," "our," or "us"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you opt in, we may send text messages related to service inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer support. We do not send marketing text messages to numbers obtained without consent.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to us — through our website, a form, or a direct conversation — you consent to receive text messages from us at that number, including messages sent by an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive messages in response to your inquiries and to confirm or remind you of scheduled appointments.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
